30 days guys. 30 days! That’s when I’ll be walking down the aisle, saying “I Do” and moving to San Francisco with the husband. So naturally, being a girl, it’s time to fit into that dress. So…crossfit! I’ve been doing crossfit for a while now, so it’s time now to kick it into high gear. Overhead squats and snatches are one of my personal favorites. Being tall and kinda lanky, I don’t have that small and stocky crossfit body. But, these I can do! Thanks legs. So bring on the workouts and plenty of yoga to counter it.
