Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ok, I know you just saw Brussel sprouts, but stay with me here. Balsamic roasted Brussels. They’re seriously amazing. So amazing, that if I have any leftover, I’ll eat them cold he next day. That’s a promise.
Start out with a whole mess of washed sprouts. Cut the ends off and halve them all, taking off any dead or dirty leaves.
Set them all in a pan face up. Here you’ll add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. It’s important to do vinegar first, otherwise the oil acts as a barrier and won’t let the vinegar get into all the delicious cracks and crevices.
Bake at 350 for about 45 min, turning halfway through.
And you’re done! Delicious roasted Brussels that are delicious alone or as a savory side to almost anything.

Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
1 package of Brussel sprouts
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350. Chop the ends off the sprouts and cut them in half. Place face side up in baking dish. Drizzle generously with balsamic and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the sprouts halfway through and adding more balsamic and olive oil as needed. Enjoy!
