The park is has finally reopened! After a year of renovations, Alamo Square is back and better than ever. Living in Nopa, Alamo Square is right in our backyard. Well actually, this park IS our backyard (city life amirite?)
We naturally stopped by the Mill for lattes because obviously, and soaked up the sunshine with everyone else celebrating the opening.
Obviously it’s a tough life being a San Franciscan, but someone has to do it.
Since Alamo Square Park is currently under construction, we’ve been venturing out a bit and Duboce Park is our new favorite! Theres a little hill where we can see the dog park and watch the trains go by. It’s perfect to spread a blanket and hang out for an hour or the whole afternoon.
We did it! Bay to Breakers is the oldest consecutively run foot race in the world…and we did it! All 7.5 miles of it. There were many costumes…and a lot of nudity…but we made it.
